The “Consumer Financial Protection Bureau” is a center piece of Democrats support for Consumers in America. Corporate America has massive power and near monopolies in many essential products and services in America. They have used this power to extract massive amounts wealth from the working class. Now consumers have a government entity protecting their interests and of course, Republicans oppose this Financial Protection Bureau especially Wall Street.
Just today, all-time record high for Wall Street stocks …it hit 40,000! But they still are raising prices beyond justification AND establishing excess fees and procedures that cost consumers tens of billions of dollars a year in unnecessary and outrageous fees and procedures.
Democrats must shout out their indignation about excess profits/high prices of corporate America and explain they are protecting consumers NOT the Trump Republican Party led by a multibillionaire thief/criminal who owns a gold-plated toilet in one of his many mansions!
