Just a reminder to the public. Inflation was NOT caused by Biden. Inflation hit America and every nation on planet earth. What caused it?
1. COVID and the monumental effects on every aspect of society.
2. The private sector did a horrible job of dealing with COVID with a massive disruption in their supply chain. Shortages created a spike in prices.
3. Corporate Greed. Unjustified price increase to feed record profits, record stock market and record executive pay. Corporations raised prices, NOT Biden.
4. Climate Change Crisis continues to raise prices to pay for extreme weather events/droughts/floods which caused massive damage in infrastructure and home/business destruction …. translates to higher costs like property insurance.
5. The Russia/Ukraine war disrupted the flow of energy around the world, restricting supply and spiking gasoline prices.
6. The OPEC monopoly controls the price of gasoline via manipulation of oil supplies to world markets. They raise prices at will at the peril of consumers.
7. The Federal Reserve System, independent from the White House, has raised interest rates significantly effecting home and car interest rates.
Biden, our government and consumers are the victims of inflation. The GOP continues to blame Biden but with no evidence/foundation. Just another LIE!
